committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information
we collect through crespoinsurance.com (the "Site"), how we use and disclose it, and the choices you have
regarding your information.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected during your
enrollment in an insurance plan through us, which is governed by the privacy practices of the applicable insurance
carrier and, where relevant, by federal HIPAA regulations and state insurance privacy laws.

  • Date and time of access;

  • Cookie identifiers and similar tracking identifiers.

2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may share your information in the
following circumstances:

4.1 With Insurance Carriers
If you elect to apply for or enroll in an insurance plan, we will share the necessary information with the relevant
insurance carrier to facilitate your application. This sharing is subject to the carrier's own privacy practices and
applicable insurance privacy laws.

4.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who support our business — for example, our website
host, our scheduling tool, our email and customer-relationship-management systems, and our marketing
platforms. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to use the information only as necessary to
perform services for us.

4.3 With Advertising and Analytics Partners
We use third-party services that may collect information about your visits to our Site and other sites for analytics
and advertising purposes, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and
Pinterest Tag. For information about how to opt out of interest-based advertising, see Section 6.

4.4 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with applicable
law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; (b) enforce our Terms of Service; (c) protect the rights, property, or
safety of Crespo Insurance, our clients, or others; or (d) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected
illegal activity.

4.5 Business Transfers
If Crespo Insurance is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, your
information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize your device, remember your preferences, analyze
usage, and deliver relevant advertising. Cookies fall into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function (security, basic navigation).

  • Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site (such as Google Analytics).

  • Advertising cookies are used to deliver and measure interest-based advertising (such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Pinterest Tag).

You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner that appears when you first visit the
Site, and you may change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in our Site footer.

You may also adjust the cookie settings in your browser. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site
functionality.

6.1 Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send. You can
opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You will continue to receive transactional communications
(such as appointment confirmations) regardless of your marketing preferences.

6.2 Interest-Based Advertising
To opt out of interest-based advertising delivered by participating ad networks, visit:

  • Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org

  • Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info

  • Your Online Choices (EU): youronlinechoices.eu

6.3 State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right
to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to legal exceptions;

  • Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (note: we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration);

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information;

  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12 below. We will verify your identity before
responding to a rights request — we may ask you to provide information that matches what we have on file. We
will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with possible extension).

6.4 California-Specific Rights
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the
California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California residents may also request a list of third parties to whom we have
disclosed personal information for the third party's direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year,
under California Civil Code § 1798.83 ("Shine the Light"). To make such a request, contact us using the
information in Section 12.

6.5 "Do Not Track" Signals
Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no industry-standard treatment of these
signals has been finalized. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a
longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, state insurance record keeping rules typically require records to be retained for 5–7 years after the policy ends). When we no longer need to retain personal information, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention schedule.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information
against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include encrypted data
transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls limiting personal information to authorized personnel, secure third-party
platforms (such as our website host, scheduling tool, and CRM), and regular review of our security practices.
However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide information at your
own risk. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the
information in Section 12.

9. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable
federal and state law. Notification may be made by email to the address you provided, by mail, or by other means
permitted by law, and will include — to the extent required and known — the nature of the breach, the categories
of information affected, the steps we are taking to address it, and resources available to you.

Several states require specific notification timelines (typically 30 to 60 days). We will comply with the strictest
applicable timeline. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us has been compromised, please contact
us immediately so we can investigate.

10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone
under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verifiable parental
consent, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please
contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable laws, or for
other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of
this Policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date
of an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
